Featured Poem



The famous men visit the city.
They offer the obligatory praise of the landscape.

the kinetic lights of the avenues
the figure in the wind of the palm trees
and the insatiable longing of the jasmine;

all the same
all plastered
only the colour changes

for a long time time does not pass

the good poem
the bad poem

I shall put on the clothes
from last
winter’s collection

if one day
I should have to return
to the place from which I came
