Ángel González


Ángel González (1925–2008) was one of the major poets of the Spanish generation of 1950. In his lifetime he published eleven collections of poetry and received, among others, the Príncipe de Asturias award for literature (1985) and the Reina Sofía award for Spanish and Latin-American poetry (1996).
