EBBA LINDQVIST (1908–1995) made her literary debut in 1931. Her fourteen collections of poetry were all published by Sweden’s leading publishing house, Bonniers. She lived much of her life abroad, in Paris, Berlin, New York, Nairobi, Leipzig, Beirut, Alicante and cared for family members who were seriously disabled at various times in her life.
